Dugard was abducted while walking to a bus stop near his home, California, 1991. A car suddenly approached and tried to pull someone from the inside. While trying to escape, he was stung by a stun gun. He was limp and smothering under a blanket in the car.
Dugard free from kidnap in August 2009. He was found with two children in an old building, not far from the residence of the couple kidnapers, at Antioch, 64 miles northeast of San Francisco.
Now, Dugard has completed a memoir about the ordeal bitter experience that makes his life taken away for 18 years. This memoir is scheduled to be released in mid-July.
